This is the second time about traffic sings and marking on the road.
Prohibit to U-turn. Same as ahead sign, you can run in the direction not shown by the arrows. You can see the every place whether it's a highway or a regular road.

Circled signs with red lined in edge is basically to prohibit doing something.
You should make sure during the drive.
If you lost there signs, you may be caught by the police( should pay some fine), or have an traffic accident.
[NO crossing]Mandatory
Prohibit to turn in the direction of the arrow.
In other words, you can run in the direction not shown by the arrows.
And you can see the different arrow (inside blued) version. Please note them.
[No U-turn]Mandatory
Prohibit to U-turn. Same as ahead sign, you can run in the direction not shown by the arrows. You can see the every place whether it's a highway or a regular road.
[ No overtake and overrun]Mandatory
Prohibit to U-turn near this sign.
Same as ahead sign, though you can run in the direction not shown by the arrows, you can not run their direction in many cases. Because there not have a road for another direction.
Anyway you souldn't run U-turn and overrun in right side.
